Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a gift and want to return it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.

For credit card payments, some banks may require up to 10 additional business days to process the refund before it appears on your statement. For PayPal transactions, refunds typically appear within 24 hours but may take up to 5 business days depending on your account settings.
